Which plan is right for my business?
The best plan for your business depends on a variety of things such as size, complexity, level of desired support, and budget. However, rest assured that no matter which tier you choose, your business will receive tax compliant reporting.
Is support included? Can I ask Questions?
All tiers include unlimited email support. We also include virtual check-ins at the interval indicated in your tier.
Will I have a 12 month contract?
Absolutely not! We prefer to offer you the freedom to determine what suits your needs so we only require a 30 days notice to cancel.
What payment methods are available?
We offer payments via auto-paid Direct Debit, ACH, or Credit Card. All services are billed in advance in adherence with your engagement letter.
How often do you bill for services?
All services are billed prior to the start of service. If you’ve chosen a subscription, then your payments will renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
When can I expect my monthly reports to be delivered?
Depending on the tier you choose, reports for your business are available by the 2nd Friday, 3rd Friday, or 4th Friday of each month.
Is my data safe?
Yes, when documents are sent in compliance with our terms and conditions, we use a variety of safety protocols which include Antivirus, Password Vaults, Network Security, and Encryption.
What if I want a different level of service? Am I stuck?
You deserve to be in control of your budget. You can choose to modify your plan with a 30-day notice. Simply, log in to your client portal and submit a plan modification request.
What should I expect to pay when I first sign up?
The first monthly payment of your subscription is due on the last day of the month of those services. Ex: September will be billed on 9/30. A one-time onboarding fee may also be required for new clients. If we do a project together the payment is due at the time of the agreement acceptance.
